powerful habits that can transform yourself

One of the difficulties we all face is that when we start to do something,there is a feeling of unhappiness as well as fatigue,in shot we can't do anything efficiently.It affects our life and decrease our productivity.
Here most of the time reason we feel this way is our bad lifestyle.today i am going to tell you 6 basic habits that we need to change better lifestyle  

 1. Wake up before sun:The first we need to practice is to get up early in the morning(before sun rise).It give us mental and physical energy and when we wake up in the morning we feel good and get a positive vibe but if we wake up lately we will feel laziness and lack of interest in anything and it also affect our body badly,so practice go to bed early and get up before sunrise.


2.Plan your day : The second habit we need to make is to make accurate plan for the day.We have a lot of work to do in a day but most of time we couldn't complete them, plan your day in every morning helps to complete our daily tasks.Just plan the day based on how accurately we can get it done and how long it can take to complete.Then make a to-do list based on the plan we have made and do what we need to-do accordingly It can save us our time as well as reduce the time wastage.and work within efficiently and effectively.


3.Move your body : Exercising regularly is another habit that we need bring into our lifestyle.This will  help us to prevent lifestyle diseases and increase our immunity.Also if we exercise in the morning it will keep us refreshed throughout the day and we can stimulate our brain and thereby increase our productivity.So we should set aside at least 30 minutes a day for exercise and give importance on fitness. 

4.Meditate : Meditation is an exercise that should be given to the mind just as we give exercises to the body.If we have a healthy mind we can achieve anything else.We face a lot of crisis in our lives related to work and so on,They may can affect us mentally and physically in the form of stress,anxiety and tension,through meditation it help us to give full concentration in the work we do and increase our confidence,and it also bring happiness in our life.

                     We can meditate for a minimum of  5 minutes or more.it is great,to meditate after walking up in the morning and before going to bed at time.
Let us see how to do meditation:
• First correct our  body posture and sit on the floor.
•Slowly relax the whole body and close the eyes with feel peace.
•Then focuses on our breathing.meditation should start with a long breath in 
 and breath out.
Along with this playing and listening to meditation music will help us to focuses on meditation without diverting our attention to our thoughts.
At first it was difficult for us to meditate.that is,it may not be possible to focus correctly.just practice meditation continuously with patience.
5.Eat healthy food : We need to follow a good nutritious diets for a healthy life.that is important but today most of us eat in the wrong way like overeating the excessive use of junk food etc..by eating like this we did not get any benefits.Avoiding junk food seem like a tough thing.when we eat junk food just think before eat worst condition if we eat that food and just leave it.

      We may cannot  avoid junk food completely.we can reduce consumption of junk food.here i wish to share some tips to avoid junk food:-
  •If we wish to eat junk foods just drink a glass of water.
  •Avoid junk food with alternatives,
   for example:- 
                          oily chips  X   nuts
                       white bread  X   brown bread
      sugar/processed foods  X   fruits
  •If  we wanted to eat junk food consume consume small amount from that food for taste.
These are effective hacks for reduce usage of junk foods.reduce junk food and include healthy foods in your meals and snacks.If we eat healthy foods it will give more benefits,it increase our physical performance, increase performance of brain,and helps to keep energetic.





6. Reduce usage of social media: 

                                             Today most of us, including me,are users of social media.Most of time we spend our times on social media but we did not set a time limit for their use.That is the most common mistake we made.We did not set a time for social media so we spend hours on social medias.It make our day into bad.It reduce our productivity and feel uncomfortable we could not focuses on our activities we feel always tired,So we should have a better time management for our day to day activities.For a better time management we have to set a time limit for social media depending on your free time.But you did not consume social media completely on your free time. Just do some activities that make you productive like reading interesting book,develop a good skills etc..or engage some activities  for get actual happiness.
                          These are the six effective habits that we should follow for better life.Try to make all this habits a part of our life.At first we may not be able to bring these into our lifestyle.just try,we may fail,just try again.If you want to make a habit of something you do,you have to practice for at least 21 days,so keep practice you can achieve.
